Adam James, our Director, brings over 14 years of experience in the architectural industry, transforming and leading award-winning architectural practices.
Beginning his career in Scotland, Adam rapidly advanced in his first firm before relocating to Devon in 2018 to seek new opportunities.
Until early 2024, he owned and successfully developed a prominent, award-winning architectural design practice in Devon.
In 2024, Adam established Element Architecture, an architecture firm rooted in integrity and empathy, driven by a bold and visionary approach.
