Adam James, our Director, brings over 13 years of experience in the architectural industry, transforming and leading award-winning architectural practices.
Beginning his career in Scotland, Adam rapidly advanced in his first firm before relocating to Devon in 2018 to seek new opportunities.
Until early 2024, he owned and successfully developed a prominent, award-winning architectural practice in the South West of England.
In 2024, Adam established Element Architecture, a firm rooted in integrity and empathy, driven by a bold and visionary approach.
